It's Sunday Messing About Time again!

In my experience Gengar is actually one of the more difficult characters to draw - despite a friend of mine once accurately summing him up as a "spiky lima bean". He has such short limbs and such a funny, stubby figure overall that it's often quite hard to figure out how he'd accomplish simple actions and gestures. 

Anyway, I found this sheet and it seemed like a good opportunity to push Gengar to a more cartoony extreme than he'd usually be able to go in the comic. He's been getting more expressive over time as I get better at drawing him, but even so it's unlikely you'd see any of these in Victory Fire (unfortunately!)
